Poultry Processing for Farmers

Realize more value with our 100% air chilled poultry processing line. Our blast chillers allow us to rapidly cool down poultry without the use of water tanks. This results in a premium product that isn't soaked with water. 


See our posted schedule, you can book an appointment by phoning us or using the contact us form.  Before you book your birds, be sure to read the producers checklist because it contains important information about the entire process. 


Please complete all necessary forms and bring your forms with you when delivering live birds. We have crates available on a first come first serve basis. We do not charge for their use, only if you lose or keep them. Please sign out your crates, don't just take them. Only pick up crates from the designated pick up area. Always remove feed from birds 24 hours prior to processing, failure to do so will result in excessive trim loss, condemnations and processing surcharges. Always make water available to your birds.

Surcharges Will Apply to Birds That Were Not Taken Off Feed 24Hrs Before Processing

Style B

Boneless Skinless Breasts, Back Removed Skin On Thighs, Skin On Drumsticks, Split Wings, Vacuum Packaged Seperately add $3.75/bird


Style C

Boneless Skinless Breasts, Boneless Skinless Thighs, Skin On Drumsticks, Wings Split, Packaged Separately add $4.75/bird


Style D

Flattened Chicken add $3.00/bird

Seasoned Flattened add $4.00/bird
