We are a provincially inspected, audited and approved abattoir located 100 km north east of Toronto. Our dual license allows us to process red meat and white meat under the same roof. We operate year round and offer a variety of value added services.

We work directly with local farmers to promote products made on small Ontario family farms. We help farmers reach new markets and promote the importance of locally raised meat products.
